Booking Information
Please note that dogs are not allowed in the accommodation (for the sake of those suffering from allergies), but they are welcome on the farm. Our own dogs are kenneled at night and not allowed in the Bed and Breakfast accommodation.
Check in is after 4pm,(or by special arrangement)This is due to extra COVID precautions to allow deep cleaning and sufficient ventilation between guests.Please telephone (01872 262392 or 07966302717) to arrange an eta so I can be here to welcome you.
When booking in advance ,an invoice will be emailed to be paid ideally by BACS before arrival.Cash or card can be accepted on arrival by prior arrangement.
Those booking on the same day as arrival, are requested to pay by BACS on arrival or cash.Cards can now be taken too.
Tariff 2024
£115/room/night for double occupancy
£100/room/night for single occupancy
A 25% deposit is required for advance bookings.
Payment ideally should be made by BACS following invoicing.

There is a £20 surcharge on 1 night stays. This applies to both rooms, whether single or double occupancy. A z-bed is available for small children in the Garden Room at a cost of £20/night including breakfast. Travel cots are available at no extra cost ,bedding is not supplied, please bring your own.
